Individual Coaching Sessions

The hardest part of a divorce can be learning to handle the intense emotions that so often accompanies it.  I help individuals sort out difficult emotions, increase their capacity to think clearly, communicate effectively and make the best possible decisions for their future. Ultimately, my focus is to help others realize their deepest values and to experience meaningful connections with self, others and life.

Divorce Transition & Recovery

The emotional and psychological imprint of divorce persists long after the legal negotiations are over and a settlement has been reached.  Well Relate Living offers two informational and growth fostering programs for individuals trying to make sense of their lives as the cope with the impact of divorce: Writing for Resiliency: Growing Through the Experience of Divorce, and Honoring Change: Embracing the Discomfort of Letting Go (and the uncertainty of what’s ahead).  The programs are intended for anyone experiencing the loss and pain of pre- and post-separation and divorce.  [1 to 6 Sessions]

Raising Awareness of Our Inner Signals

Pre- and post- divorce is a highly emotional and overwhelming event that puts a strain our ability to tap into our best and creative self.  Stress and fear may cloud our capacity to think clearly and act consciously launching us on a journey without a compass.  Raising Awareness of Our Inner Signals is a 3-week, consciousness building coaching program designed to nurture identity and foster effective communication that often leads to better outcomes and more fulfilling relationships.  [3 Sessions]

Creating a Positive Co-Parenting Relationship

Creating a Positive Co-Parenting Relationship focuses on minimizing the negative consequences often associated with divorce.  I work with individuals or couples to help them resolve co-parenting issues in an atmosphere of integrity and cooperation.  [1 to 8 Sessions]

Decision to Divorce

You may feel that you’ve reached the end of your rope, or that everything will be better when or if you get divorced.  It’s natural for relationships to go through cycles of doubt and disillusionment and question whether or not the marriage is worth hanging on to. The important thing in any complex situation is to take your time and explore key areas that lead to a good, and informed decision.
